David provides comprehensive legal services in various areas of practice, including employment law, labour law, human rights law, civil litigation, and criminal law. He assists clients with matters related to wrongful dismissal, terminations, severance package reviews, constructive dismissal, job offer reviews, resignations, layoffs, and workplace harassment. David is known for his creative legal strategies and fierce advocacy, ensuring the optimal outcome for his clients no matter the case. David emphasizes the client experience, ensuring that each client receives the attention and support they need. After completing his Bachelor’s of Honours Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University, David worked in the booming Kitchener tech scene for a well-known start-up. He then attended the University of New Brunswick, obtaining his Juris Doctorate and later articling with a leading criminal law firm in Toronto.

Outside of work, David is a competitive CrossFit athlete and coach. He believes that a good dose of physical activity keeps his body and mind ready to deliver for his clients. David is also an avid cyclist and his cat, Ziggy, accompanies him on many adventures!
